I was introduced to Prosciutto Wrapped Asparagus a few years ago at one of my brother-in-law's parties. It was quickly an appetizer that I just could not get enough of and became my new obsession. The saltiness of the prosciutto complimented the flavors of the asparagus quite well. It had been the talk of the party. It was also easy to prepare and make. With Easter Sunday rapidly approaching, I figured that I would share this great and simple recipe from DELISH.COM in order to help give a little relief with all of the Easter cooking. Head over to DELISH.COM to read more abour this great appetizer. Enjoy and Happy Easter!
