My daughter asked us to have a birthday party with her friends at school. Of course we want to make our little girl happy so we began the search for the proper venue. I’ve heard a lot about Monster Mini Golf over the years but as you can probably tell, we have never been there. We began our birthday venue tour with Dave & Busters and Humdingers and now Monster Mini Golf was next on the list. How does it rate up?
The biggest part of this birthday venue tour as I’m calling it is getting seeing the reactions of my girls. When you walk in to Monster Mini Golf you walk right into the arcade. My girls were super excited but you really don’t get what you think for the money. $50 worth of game card goes a lot further at Humdingers then it does at Monster Mini Golf. The gaming choices are pretty good with your car racing games and shooters as well as the classic skeet ball but the games cost more here than the other places.
The Mini Golf Course is a trip and in a good way. As you can see from the photos above some might find the decor creepy such as my youngest who couldn’t even step on the course. My oldest had a ball though. She and I had a lot of fun flying through the course while my wife played air hockey with my youngest.
At the end of the trip we all agreed that we had a lot of fun. However it is just too expensive for what they give you in return especially for a birthday party. I will definitely take my girls back as a random afternoon visit and I do recommend Monster Mini Golf to all of you but the birthday party is just not going to happen.
We have our very own merchandise shop Check out the F&F Shop and take a peek at all of our great apparel!
